The National Supply and Printing Service (SENAPI) is the official printing press of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Composed of approximately 800 employees, this public service under the authority of the Ministry of the Budget is responsible for the coordination, production and delivery of all secure and non-secure printed matter for the government and the Congolese Government administrations.
Today, SENAPI is joining forces with this strategic partnership to carry out its mission.
The DRC’s budget ministry has therefore chosen Joos Group and NSI Group as partners for a strategic mission towards 2.0 development. The mission spans a period of 10 years.
One of the objectives is to develop a modern printing house in Kinshasa within the next 3 to 5 years. With its expertise and knowledge of Africa, Joos group and NSI Group will be responsible for staff training, preparation and implementation of an investment plan.
The ultimate goal is to initiate SENAPI employees to the most modern techniques of the graphic designer profession. In addition, the partnership aims to standardize and secure the documents used for the collection of various taxes and duties. The partners ensure the maximization of tax revenues and give legitimacy of an authentic document to those who collect them.
